4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 20 times the bonus amount (applicable on the bonus amount only — not on the deposit). For example, if you receive a ৳2,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳40,000 in bets before withdrawing.

4.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• Bonuses may only be used on games approved by joiy9.
• If the deposited amount is withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• It is not possible to have multiple bonuses active at the same time, unless a specific promotion states otherwise.

4.4 Bonus Abuse

Abusing bonus terms, such as arbitrage betting or attempting to earn bonuses through multiple accounts, is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and the account may be closed.

VIP Program

joiy9's VIP program is divided into four tiers. A weekly cashback benefit is available at each tier:

• Bronze — up to 0.4% cashback per week
• Silver — up to 0.8% cashback per week
• Gold — up to 1.1% cashback per week
• Platinum — up to 1.5% cashback per week

You can advance to higher tiers through regular gaming activity and active engagement with the platform. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time each week. joiy9 reserves the right to modify VIP terms at any time.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the joiy9 platform:

• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
• Fraudulent activities, such as the use of software hacks, bots, or automated tools.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Exploiting technical errors in the platform — any such errors must be reported to us immediately upon discovery.
